Our Founder
432Health was founded by Ryan Brooks, who has been immersed in holistic health from a young age. Ryan attended a Rudolf Steiner school, a unique educational approach focused on whole-being development, integrating academic learning, creative arts, movement to music (eurythmy), and an understanding of natural and spiritual rhythms. Steiner education emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, connection to nature, and respect for the environment, which shaped Ryan’s approach to natural health and ethical business practices.
His mother owned and worked in health stores, giving him early exposure to natural remedies and the principles of conscious wellness. Ryan is a lifetime vegetarian, reflecting his commitment to compassion, ethical living, and a holistic approach to nourishment and wellbeing.
Ryan believes, as do many holistic health advocates, that we should always start with clean water. The 432Hz Philosophy
Our name, 432Health, reflects our deep connection to the healing power of frequency. The number 432Hz has been known for centuries as a harmonizing, natural resonance, said to support balance, energy, and vitality.
Historically, 432Hz was considered the “philosophers’ key”, reflecting the mathematical patterns of the universe and the natural rhythms found in nature. Composer Giuseppe Verdi advocated tuning music to 432Hz, believing it aligned with the vibrations of the Earth and the human organism.
In the 20th century, the standard tuning was shifted to 440Hz, which some claim was influenced by Hitler’s regime, moving music away from natural harmony. Around the same time, fluoride was added to public water supplies in many countries, a move controversial in holistic health circles.
Visionaries like Nikola Tesla emphasized the importance of vibration, saying, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” Likewise, Rudolf Steiner taught that rhythms and frequencies in nature profoundly influence human and animal health, reinforcing the value of 432Hz as a natural, healing frequency.
